10 minutes late = $10 late fee, 15 minutes late = $15 late fee and/or potential cancellation. MUST BE IN THE WAITING ROOM TO COUNT AS “HERE”. If I have to cancel appointment due to tardiness, remaining amount due will be charged on card on file and a new deposit has to be sent in order to reschedule.

If Appiontment is cancelled 20 minutes before scheduled appointment time OR canceled after the appointment time has started, card on file will be charged for the remaining amount that was due. PLEASE respect my time, let me know in advanced.

Please bring loyalty card to your appointment if you would like to receive a stamp. If loyalty card is not brought, then no stamp will be provided for that appointment.

After Hours/Squeeze in appointments are an extra charge of $40 for the booking! After hours is any appointment that starts before and/or after my work hours for that specific day. I have general hours however that does not apply to everyday. My work week varies depending on the day and week.

After Hours/Squeeze in appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Sometimes there is gaps in my schedule and I will ask if you can come in at a different time then you originally scheduled. I will never change a time without consent. however, if agreed to the new time, that is your new appointment time and are subject to late fees and ALL polocies still apply.
